The nuclear weapons states conducted, on average, a nuclear explosion once every nine days for fifty years, from 1945 until 1995.

Thousands of bombs were detonated at sites around the world, many above-ground, and many more underground or under the ocean.

This is a new historical archive of the work of activists and organizations who worked tirelessly to stop the detonation of nuclear weapons in Nevada and around the world.

It is entirely possible that full-scale nuclear weapons testing could resume in Nevada.

We cannot let that happen.

We must ensure that the DOE Never Resumes Detonating Nuclear Tests.
