Corbin Harney was the spiritual leader of the Western Shoshone Tribe, on whose land the testing was taking place.
Corbin would always come to the actions, and bless those who were there. He welcomed one and all to the actions, always saying that it was going to take all the people working together to stop the nuclear detonations.
The Western Shoshone land was guaranteed by the Treaty of Ruby Valley of 1863.
